You might be struggling with Anxiety

It’s natural for everyone to face moments of heightened anxiety during an important job interview, a final exam, buying a home, etc., anxiety can often be a normal reaction to stress and uncertainty. In such instances, anxiety can actually motivate us to be more productive, study more thoroughly and be more discerning in our decisions. To feel stress under such circumstances is normal, however, it is when prolonged stress becomes anxiety, or existing anxiety signs and symptoms escalate, that it becomes too difficult and problematic to manage on one’s own.

Although anxiety can make a person feel isolated and alone, it is actually a very common condition and according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America,

approximately 40 million adults (18.1% of the population) suffer from anxiety every year.

The impact of anxiety can be experienced in all areas of life including physical, emotional and social well- being.
